Presentations have been my world for over 20 years, from designing slides for banks that traded in high standards and fast deadlines to launching Presentation Studio from my kitchen bench in 2006 (now a large team based in Sydney’s Entertainment Quarter).
Now I’ve turned my attention to something new _?_ a book!
“I’m excited to share my new book with you!”
Founder and CEO of Presentation Studio
Over the last few months, I have spent time capturing my thoughts, ideas and inspiration to bring you Visual Thinking: How to transform the way you think, communicate and influence with presentations.
Presentations are our opportunity for face-to-face, human-to-human connection where we connect, inspire and influence each other to act! Yet so many of us are still getting them all wrong.
They are filled with dense text, reams of bullet points and confusing slides that fail to make an impact (except a bad one).
The key challenge we all face regardless of our industry, job role or background is that the world is becoming increasingly competitive every day. It’s becoming harder and harder to stand out from the noise, whether that’s when we’re pitching a new idea, trying to secure team buy-in on a new vision or win a million-dollar contract.
How do we get noticed? How do we get our point of view across to the right people and create the impact and change we are aiming for?
Answering these questions formed the inspiration for my book. At Presentation Studio, I see the results of powerful presentations, of what happens when you get presentations right.
So I hope that this visual step-by-step guide will help you get your next presentation right too.
Learn how to:
- Identify your purpose and main message
