The brief: Seed HR engaged Presentation Studio to design a presentation for their International Women’s Day event, where they would be speaking to a room of business leaders and professionals. The presentation needed to support the speaker in delivering a clear, confident message while aligning with the event's purpose, celebrating women in business and encouraging meaningful conversations around leadership, communication, and workplace culture.

Our impact: Our team worked closely with Seed HR to translate their content into a clear, structured visual narrative for a live speaking environment. The approach focused on clarity, flow, and storytelling, creating a cohesive slide design aligned with the International Women’s Day event's tone while simplifying complex ideas into visually engaging layouts. Through the considered use of hierarchy and pacing, key messages were emphasised to guide the audience seamlessly, ensuring the slides supported confident delivery while keeping the speaker at the centre.
